Where have I been?

 In the studio cleaning...

Starting on some new work...

and bringing this just finished piece to New London's Hygienic Art Gallery for its 34th annual Salon des Independants exhibit.

Every January, even on the coldest of nights, this show in New London draws a big crowd. You never know what might be on display when the rules are No Judge,  No Jury, No fee, and No Censorship.

  1. Doesn't it feel good to clean your studio space? My area gets so messy, I can't find things!! Have a great exhibit.

    1. It sure does - Clutter makes me crazy! I hope I stay motivated to keep going as the rest of the house could use some attention too.

  2. Yes I too should clean the studio... but I always seem to get side tracked! Love your 'sacred ground' piece... love the colours, and those new pieces also - with the eye catching bits of turquoise. I look forward to seeing them when they are done.

    1. Thanks Kim. I sure do know what you mean about getting side tracked. It took me a while to get going. When I started feeling claustrophobic i knew it was past time - it feels so much better now.
